Sr. Lead Carpenter

Born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, Jeremy Bayles is a dedicated Project Manager at Jackson Construction. His deep connection to the industry started young; with a grandfather who was a general contractor, Jeremy was familiar with job sites from an early age.

His formal construction career began when he entered the electrical union apprenticeship program at 18. He successfully earned his license as a Journeyman Electrician in 2012.

Jeremy joined the Jackson Construction team and had since built a versatile and invaluable career within the company. He has held multiple key positions, including Lead Carpenter, Production Coordinator, and Estimator. Today, Jeremy is back on the production team as a Project Manager, where he focuses on the crucial task of training the company's future talent—mentoring new apprentices and lead carpenters while ensuring the highest standards of quality are met on every project. His comprehensive, hands-on experience makes him an essential leader in Jackson Construction's production success.
