With more than 25 years of construction experience, Joel Weathersby brings extensive industry knowledge, leadership, and dedication to every project he manages. He earned his degree in Project Management from Colorado University and is committed to ensuring projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and with the highest standards of quality.

Outside of work, Joel's greatest joy is spending time with his son, Taylor. As Taylor's biggest supporter, he enjoys investing in his son's future and cheering him on in his football journey. Joel also has a passion for travel and appreciates all types of music, especially live performances whenever he gets the opportunity.



His combination of experience, attention to detail, and commitment to people makes him a valued member of the Jackson Construction team.
